Se acuerda APROBAR el “PROYECTO DE ORDENANZA MUNICIPAL QUE ESTABLECE CAMPAÑA DE BENEFICIOS TRIBUTARIOS “AMNISTIA TRIBUTARIA” EN EL DISTRITO DE SANTA MARIA”, presentado por Gerencia de Administración Tributaria y Rentas, ello en mérito al Informe Legal N°00073-2026-OGAJ-MDSM, emitido por la Oficina General de Asesoría Jurídica y al Informe Técnico N°011-2026-OGPPI-MDSM, emitido por la oficina General de Planeamiento, Presupuesto e Inversiones y conforme a los considerandos expuestos en la parte considerativa del presente acuerdo municipal.
